Mobile Terms of Service

The Soul Therapy Studios text messaging program is operated by SOULBODYJESS LLC (“Soul Therapy Studios,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

Depending on your selections, you may receive recurring promotional texts about classes, meditations, workshops, retreats, memberships and special offers, and service texts about your bookings, class reminders, schedule changes and cancellations.

By affirmatively opting in to a text messaging category, you authorize Soul Therapy Studios to send messages in that category to the mobile number you provide, including through automated technology.

Consent to promotional texts is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing anything, creating an account, booking a class or maintaining a membership. Providing a telephone number for a booking or account does not, by itself, enroll you in promotional texts.

You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided and are at least 18 years old.

Message frequency varies based on your subscriptions, bookings and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan and charges.

Reply STOP to a message from our sending number to unsubscribe. You may receive one non-promotional message confirming your request.

You may also request that we stop texting you by emailing jessica@soul-therapy-studios.com and identifying the mobile number concerned. We honor other reasonable requests to withdraw consent as required by applicable law.

After you unsubscribe, we will stop messages covered by your request unless you provide fresh consent. Unsubscribing from texts does not cancel your membership or bookings. You can continue accessing booking information through your account or contacting us directly.

Please provide an accurate mobile number and notify us if you stop using it. Do not enroll someone else without authorization.

Delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is not an emergency service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information associated with the program.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to service providers, including Klaviyo and telecommunications providers, as necessary to operate and deliver our messaging service, or as required by law.

We may update these terms and will post the revised version and date on this page. Changes do not expand your existing consent. We will obtain new consent where required.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable New Jersey or federal law.
